By placing an order with Hound & Horse Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds or Cancellations

   • ​Due to our products being perishable (say hello to no preservatives!), we do not accept refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

2. Product Information

   • Our products are locally made, using high-quality, pet-safe ingredients. There may be a slight variation in appearance of our treats. Please inform us of any allergies you or your pet may have.

3. Orders

   • We do require any treat order (custom or one of our recurring treats) to be placed TWO WEEKS in advance. If you need your order sooner than two weeks, please let us know - while there are no guarantees, we will try our best to fulfill your request. Pick-up of your order is required, unless there is a different arrangement made when you place your order.

4. Treat Usage

   • Our treats are intended to be what they are...a treat! Our treats should be provided to your pet as a supplemental snacks. They should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Be sure to monitor your pet while they enjoy our treats to ensure they are safely consumed.

5. Liability
   – Hound & Horse Bakery is not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur due to allergies or sensitivities. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure that the products purchased are suitable for their pet’s dietary needs.
